My art is now Award Winning, as I received the Froud Artist of the Month for 2009!

This striking fairy castle was so much fun to make! I made it using a wire mesh frame and then added plaster in which I set every stone by hand. I also made the windows which have been treated with a glass coloring to make it glow a warm yellowy orange. Fully landscaped front to back with high quality floral pieces, and natural items.This castle also has three real quartz crystals at the base and one huge one set into the roof peak on the right hand tower. I wired the lights inside in such a way that the crystal catches the light and glows at the top. Very magical!!! The lights are battery operated, and two AA Batteries are included. This regal castle sits on a base that is 12" X 6". The tallest tower is 15 1/2" tall and the smaller tower is 9".

If you or someone you know is into dragons ,fairies or wizards, this would make a wonderful piece to help set off their collection! Just think how incredible your dragon or fairy would look next to this castle! Trust me, it will look awesome! It also looks amazing by itself on a mantle, side shelf or side table.
